SSMB utilizes any method convenient for your practice. For example: mail or courier service, fax, email or web based programs.
Billing is submitted within 24+48 hours of receiving them.
There is a one time fee for the initial set up.
Turnaround time can be as quick as two weeks for electronic claims.
SSMB charges a percentage based on what is collected each month. An invoice is sent to the client at the end of every month. Our fees are competitively priced and vary based on the size of your practice, and the scope of services provided.
SSMB submits claims to Medicare, Medicaid, No Fault/Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and all commercial carriers. All claims are submitted either by paper or electronically to both primary and secondary insurers.
SSMB accurately interprets and posts insurance and patient payments to maintain maximum reimbursement.
If there is any patient responsibility such as a co-payment, co-insurance or deductible a patient statement is sent out. SSMB provides patient customer service for all billing inquiries.
SSMB also offers consulting services for medical practitioners to help improve and streamline your practice at an additional cost.
With easy to access over 75 reports, you’ll always know exactly what’s happening in your practice and where you stand financially.
Our aggressive follow up system allows your practice to maximize claims paid which increases your profitability. If a claim requires an appeal, we will process all of the necessary paperwork required in order to receive payment.
