Kimberly is the founder of South Sound Medical Billing, established in 2008. With nearly 30 years of experience, she is a knowledgeable leader in her field. Her extraordinary work ethic and attention to

detail makes her a cut above the rest. Kimberly keeps current on the ever-changing world of Medical

Billing to ensure all the latest regulations are implemented and passed on to her clients. She prides

herself on hiring the right people to work at South Sound Medical Billing, and it shows in our success.

Kimberly’s hands on management approach are second to none, and her dedication to client's success is

unsurpassed.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time watching her son play sports, spending time with her

grandchildren, walking her dogs, traveling and enjoying the outdoors in the PNW.

Kaydee brings over ten years of medical billing with over twenty years of customer service experience and computer literacy to SSMB. As the billing cycle includes our clinical providers, administration, and patients alike, Kaydee enjoys contributing her skills in efficiency and process improvements to help the thriving of our community. With the constant changing and shifting of the medical insurance and technological landscape, Kaydee maintains flexible objectivity while consistently learning and growing in the medical billing, information processing and program utilization areas.

Chandler is a medical biller at South Sound Medical Billing with roughly 5 years in the medical insurance field. 

She started out as a receptionist to learn the ropes of insurance and over time has continued to learn the full scope of how to help navigate the providers hard work and turn it into payment through the billing process. 

Chandler aims to further her knowledge with insurance and billing with the support of her wonderful coworkers. 

Outside of work she enjoys hanging out with her husband and kids, reading all different kinds of books, and when the weather is nice, going for bike rides.

Alena is our Accounts Receivable Specialist at South Sound Medical Billing with close to 10 years of experience in all different kinds of departments. 

Her knowledge started when she went to college and obtained her certificate for medical billing and coding. With her husband being in the military, she has also been able to move all over the country becoming familiar with different insurance policies. 

Outside of work she enjoys walking her dogs, relaxing with her husband, and watching her kids play sports.
